Can paid staff and volunteers be on the same roster?
Yes. Shifts, live fill dashboards and reporting all work the same way for both. Plenty of events run a mix – paid supervisors with volunteer crews, or paid crews on the commercial jobs and volunteers on the community ones – on one platform.
We're an agency – can we run this under our own brand?

Can we import our existing people and shift history?

Does it handle payroll?
No – PurposeTech is the rostering and coverage layer, not a payroll system. Your rosters give you a clean record of who was confirmed on which shift at which site, which is exactly what your payroll process needs as input.
