Repeat crew
Clone a previous campaign, with its sites, shifts, forms and emails, and reopen sign-up for the next event. People who have signed up before are already in your list.
Beside your ticketing and fundraising platform
PurposeTech handles the crew side: sign-up and rostering. Keep using the registration, ticketing and fundraising platforms you already have. Crew lists import and export as CSV.
Paid and volunteer crew together
Paid supervisors, casual crew and volunteers can sit on the same roster, with the same shifts, dashboards and reports. PurposeTech does not run pay rates, timesheets or payroll.
Waitlists and reminders
Full shifts take a waitlist that fills automatically when someone cancels, and confirmation and reminder emails go out without a coordinator sending them.

Who is PurposeTech for if we run many events a year?
Event companies that deliver events for charities, clubs and corporates, charities with a series of events across the year, and councils with a programme of clean-ups and civic days. A charity running one large event is just as welcome.
Do we need to replace our ticketing or fundraising platform?
No. PurposeTech does not sell tickets, take payments or run peer-to-peer fundraising. It runs volunteer and crew sign-up and rostering, and works beside whichever platforms you already use for those things.
Can paid crew and volunteers be on the same roster?
Yes. Shifts, live fill dashboards and reporting work the same way for both. PurposeTech has no pay rates, timesheets or payroll, so your payroll process stays where it is and takes the roster as its input.
Does our crew carry over from one event to the next?
Yes. Volunteers are shared across campaigns within your account, so people who signed up for one event are already in the list for the next.
How much does it cost?
Prices are published on the pricing page in NZD. Only active volunteers count towards your plan.
