What counts as an "active volunteer"?
An active volunteer is someone who registered through the platform AND confirmed/attended their shift. No-shows, cancellations, and duplicate registrations don't count. You only pay for people who actually showed up.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Start your trial with a card on file. You won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't pay anything. Run a test campaign, see how it works.
What's included in every plan?
All plans include the full platform: Street Appeals, Event Volunteering, custom branding, automated emails, real-time dashboards, and Salesforce integration. No feature walls.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. No dark patterns, no phone calls required. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, and we'll help you export your data.
